Zheng Xingjuan

Zheng Xingjuan ( Chinese  鄭 幸娟  /  郑 幸娟 , Pinyin Zhèng Xìngjuān ; born March 20, 1989 in Fuqing ) is a Chinese high jumper .

In 2005 she was eliminated from the qualification at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki and won silver at the East Asian Games in Macau . The following year silver medals followed at the World Junior Athletics Championships in Beijing and at the Asian Games in Doha .

In 2008 she came at the World Indoor Athletics Championships in Valencia and at the Olympic Games in Beijing not beyond the preliminary round.

In 2009 she won the Asian Athletics Championships and the East Asian Games in Hong Kong . The following year she was fifth at the 2010 Indoor World Championships in Doha and won bronze at the Asian Games in Guangzhou . In 2011 she defended her title at the Asian Championships and finished sixth at the World Cup in Daegu .

In 2012 she won the Asian Indoor Athletics Championships and was eliminated in the first round of the World Indoor Championships in Istanbul and the Olympic Games in London .

At the 2013 World Cup in Moscow, she was ninth. In 2014 she won silver at the Asian Indoor Championships and the Asian Games in Incheon . In 2015, a bronze medal at the Asian Championships was followed by a preliminary round at the World Championships in Beijing .

Zheng Xingjuan is 1.84 m tall and weighs 60 kg. She is trained by Huang Guojin.
