Zhubu ( Chinese  逐 卜 乡 , Pinyin Zhúbǔ xiāng ) is a municipality in the southwest of the People's Republic of China . It belongs to the administrative area of Longzhou County , which in turn is subordinate to the prefecture -level city of Chongzuo in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region . Zhubu Township administers an area of ​​221.56 square kilometers with a total population of 19,000 people in 2015. The 2000 population census showed a total population of 17,179 people in 4,237 households, of whom 8,892 men and 8,287 women. The population consists mainly of Zhuang .

Zhubu is located in the northeast of Longzhou County. It borders Zhenxing Township in Daxin County to the east, Wude and Jinlong to the west, Xiangshui and Shangjin to the south, and Baoxu to the north . It borders the Yaonong State Farm to the north and east, the Xiadong Municipality to the south, and Wude Municipality to the north . The relief is mountainous and slopes from west to east. The main mountains of Shuikou are the Basong Shan and the Centan Shan . Zhubu has 5300 hectares of arable land and a mild subtropical climate with sufficient rainfall and hours of sunshine with an average annual temperature of around 21 ° C. In Zhubu, sugar cane , wet rice , maize and fruits such as jackfruit are mainly grown. Shuikou's main industries are in the food industry. Due to its location on the Shanglong - Leiping and Zhubu-Baoxu highways as well as its educational and medical infrastructure, Zhubu is of regional importance. The Xinonggang State Conservation Area (西 弄 国家级 国家级 自然保护区) is located in Zhubu Township.

Before the establishment of the People's Republic, Zhubu was part of Shangjin County. In 1933, Zhubu Township was established. In 1950, Zhubu was declared the Second District of Shangjin and in 1951 the Sixth District of Longzhou. In 1958 it was merged with Jinlong and Zongpai to form the Yuanzi People's Commune , after which it was reorganized several times, from 1962 it was administered by Jinlong and in 1965 the Zhubu People's Commune was founded. In 1984, the Zhubu Township was restored. As of 2018, Zhubu is divided into eleven villages at village level : Paizong (牌 宗 村), Sancha (三叉 村), Guanghe (广 合 村), Zongde (崇德 村), Jinge (锦 阁 村), Zhubu (逐 卜 村) , Banyao (板 要 村), Weiguo (卫国 村), Yuyang (峪 阳 村), Lixin (立信 村), Nonggang (弄 岗村). These combine 121 village settlements.
