Zofia Kiełpińska (born May 15, 1960 in Zakopane ) is a former Polish biathlete .

Zofia Kiełpińska initially worked for Dynamitu Chorzów and later for WKS Legia Zakopane during her active career . She played her first major international event at the 1987 Winter Universiade in Szczyrbskie Jezioro , where she won the bronze medal with the relay. Since the early 1990s, she has regularly participated in competitions of the highest category. The first major event in the performance class was the 1990 Biathlon World Championships in Minsk with 44th place in the individual. A year later in Lahti she finished 33rd in the individual, was eleventh with the relay and tenth with the team. The 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville followed . Kiełpińska was 62nd of the individual, 50th in the sprint and with Agata Suszka and Halina Pitoń 14th with the Polish relay. The best result in the Biathlon World Cup was a 35th place in the Oberhof sprint in 1993 . At the Biathlon World Championships in 1993 she won the bronze medal on the side of Krystyna Liberda , Anna Stera and Helena Mikołajczyk behind the teams from France and Belarus. With the relay she was also 13. 1994 Kiełpińska took part for the second time in the Olympic Winter Games. At the competitions in Lillehammer , the Polish woman was only used in the sprint and reached 68th place there. In 1990 she won the individual title at the first Polish championships for women, and in 1992 the sprint race title.
