Possibilities in the final week:[1]
- Partizan will advance to the Top 16 as no worse than the top sixth-place finisher if they defeat Fenerbahçe. If, in addition, Lottomatica lose to Roanne, Partizan will finish fifth in the group and Lottomatica will advance as top sixth-place finisher.
- Even if Partizan lose, they will likely advance as the top sixth-place finisher. They can be overtaken by Cibona in Group B, but only if the sum of the margins of Partizan's defeat and Cibona's win is greater than 93 points.
