Germain Van Der Moere (born 29 November 1922) is a Belgian sprint canoer who competed from the mid 1950s to the early 1960s. He won a gold medal in the K-2 1000 m event at the 1958 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Prague.

Van Der Moere also competed in two Summer Olympics, earning his best finish of sixth in the K-2 1000 m event at Melbourne in 1956.
