Excuse my ignorance, but the following birth

is unverifiable for me. Found nothing, not even for "Shakir Rahman". Nothing in Google, IMDb, nor at the Bollywood Movie Database. Maybe some Bollywood actor? Or a prank entry? Lupo 08:44, 5 Apr 2004 (UTC)

Charles Kingsley: Most sites say his birthday is June 12.

I'm as big a proponent of open-source as anyone else, but I'm sorry; the release of KDE 1.0 is not of significant historic import. Vertigo 19:02, 12 Jul 2004 (UTC)

No Rain Day

No Rain Day in the Salem, Oregon (USA)

It hasn't rained on July 12 in the Salem, Oregon (USA) since the beginning of weather logging 113 years ago.

The commonly acknowledged no rain day is no longer true. It rained this morning, July 12 2011. OneMug (talk) 15:38, 12 July 2011 (UTC) 1988 - Shawn Smith, God of the world. 1990 - Max Dishler, Supreme Master of the Universe[reply]

Is it just me or is this wrong. Shawn Smith seems to be a singer, I can't find anything on Max Dishler.

Birth year of Abigail Williams

She is listed has being born in 1674, but the Salem Witch Trials occured in 1692 (roughly), which would have made her 18 while they occured. According to the Wiki article, Abigail was 11 during the trials. A fictionalized account of the events (Arthur Miller's "The Crucible" puts her at 17.

Disco demolition night

1979 – Disco Demolition Night at Comiskey Park Chicago, Illinois

This event does not appear to meet global notability requirements for inclusion. It has no historical significance. -- Mufka (u) (t) (c)

Disco Demolition Night appears to be repeatedly removed and then readied to this list. Although this event is not specifically endorsed by the guidelines for including events in this list, it also does not appear to be specifically denied. This was a cultural riot and I believe it should be included rather than excluded based on this.
