(1028) Lydina is an asteroid of the main belt , the November 6, 1923 by the Russian astronomer Vladimir Alexandrovich Albizki the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory in simeiz was discovered. The asteroid is named after Lydia Il'inichna Albitskaya , the wife of the discoverer.
The orbit has a semi-major axis of 3.3954 astronomical units and an orbital eccentricity of 0.1187. Thus it moves at a distance of 2.9925 ( perihelion ) to 3.7984 ( aphelion ) astronomical units in 6.257 years around the sun . The orbit is inclined 9,391 ° to the ecliptic .
