(27094) Salgari is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered on October 25, 1998 by the Italian astronomers Ulisse Munari and Flavio Castellani at the Osservatorio Astronomico di Asiago Cima Ekar ( IAU code 098) of the Osservatorio Astrofisico di Asiago on the Asiago plateau has been discovered.

The asteroid was named on September 10, 2003 after the Italian writer and writer of adventure and historical novels Emilio Salgari (1862-1911), the most famous of whom are the novels about Sandokan and the Black Corsairs .
