(3572) Leogoldberg is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 28 October 1954 by the Indiana Asteroid Program at Goethe Link Observatory ( IAU code 760) in Brooklyn in the US state of Indiana was discovered.
It was named on October 28, 1957 after the American astronomer Leo Goldberg (1913–1987), who held leading positions at the observatories of the University of Michigan , Harvard University and the Kitt Peak from 1946 until his retirement in 1977 . National Observatory was active.
