(4430) Govorukhin is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered on September 26, 1978 by the Ukrainian - Soviet astronomer Lyudmyla Shuravlowa at the Crimean Observatory in Nautschnyj ( IAU code 095).

The asteroid was named after the Russian film director and politician Stanislaw Sergejewitsch Goworuchin (1936-2018).
