(7030) Colombini is an asteroid of the main belt , of December 12, 1993 by the Italian astronomers Antonio Vagnozzi the Santa Lucia Stroncone Observatory ( IAU code was discovered 589).

The asteroid was named after Ermes Colombini (* 1956), an Italian amateur astronomer and collaborator at the San Vittore Observatory . This succeeded as the first Italian amateur to calculate precise positions of comets and asteroids. In 1971 he received the Cerulli Prize from the Italian Astronomical Society.
