Ángel Francisco Caraballo Fermín (born May 30, 1965 in Puerto Ordaz , Bolívar State , Venezuela ) is a Venezuelan clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Cabimas .

Life

The Bishop of Ciudad Guayana , Ubaldo Ramón Santana Sequera FMI , ordained him a priest on December 7, 1991 .

On November 30, 2012, Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . the titular bishop of Dagnum and ordered him auxiliary bishop in Maracaibo . The Archbishop of Maracaibo, Ubaldo Ramón Santana Sequera FMI, donated him episcopal ordination on February 16 of the next year ; Co -consecrators were Archbishop Pietro Parolin , Apostolic Nuncio in Venezuela , and Mariano José Parra Sandoval , Bishop of Ciudad Guayana .

Pope Francis appointed him on 14 September 2018 the duration of the see is vacant, the Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Cabimas . On January 29, 2019, the Pope appointed him Bishop of Cabimas. The inauguration took place on March 23 of the same year.
