Áporka is a Hungarian community in the district Ráckeve in Pest County . It is located around 30 kilometers south of Budapest and around 10 kilometers northeast of Ráckeve .
history
Àporka and the surrounding area have been inhabited since the Bronze Age. During the Árpád era , the village was known as Szentkirály . After the devastation in the 16th and 17th centuries, the village was settled by Slovak settlers.
In 1910 the village had a total of 975 inhabitants and belonged to the Pest-Pilis-Solt-Kiskun County .

The main road No. 51 runs on the eastern edge of Àporka. The nearest train station is to the northeast in Délegyháza .
