The Austrian Championships in grass skiing in 2011 took place on 20 and 21 August in Kendlgraben at Wilhelmsburg in Lower Austria in international FIS races held. A giant slalom , a super-G , a sprint slalom (in four runs) and a combination made up of the results of the slalom and the super-G were held. In addition to the Austrian state champions in the general class (born 1996 and older), the Austrian junior champions (born 1991 to 1996) were also determined. Ten men and three women took part in the Austrian championships in the general class, of which six men and two women also started in the junior class. A total of 13 women and 28 men took part in the FIS races.
As in the previous year, Ingrid Hirschhofer became Austrian national champion in all four disciplines . In the men's category, the state championship title in Super-G and in combination went to Michael Stocker , in slalom to Jakob Rest and in giant slalom to Sascha Posch . Rest and Posch also won two junior championship titles each: Rest in slalom and combined, Posch in giant slalom and Super-G. Austrian junior champion in slalom, giant slalom and combination was Daniela Krückel , while Nicole Gerlach won the Super-G .

Race mode and track data The Austrian State and Junior Championships were held as part of international FIS races , that is, the placement of the Austrian runners in these FIS races was used to rank in the championship rankings. The combined scoring was only created for the Austrian championships and not counted as an FIS competition. In addition to the Austrians, athletes from Germany , Iran , Italy , Switzerland , Slovakia and the Czech Republic took part in the FIS races.
All competitions were held on the Hochstrasse grass ski slope (coordinates: 48 ° 5 ′ 7 ″ N , 15 ° 33 ′ 59 ″ E FIS the Italian Bruno Clapiz and the referee of the Czech Ladislav Novotný. The executing association was the BSV Voith St. Pölten.
