The Überseer Bach , in the headwaters in the headwaters as Tennbodenbach , further on as Thorbach , Hindlinger Bach and Moosbach , and finally from Hinterbichl as Überseer Bach, is a flowing body of water in the Bavarian district of Traunstein . The body of water arises on the northeast slopes of the high plateau in the Chiemgau Alps and flows with changing names in a largely northerly direction until it finally flows into the Chiemsee at Übersee .
The estuary is developed as a port.
The Überseer Bach is mainly populated with trout and grayling , in connected oxbow lakes also with carp and tench .
