Ɛɛ

The Ɛ (lower case ɛ) is a letter of the Latin writing system . Both uppercase and lowercase letters look like the Greek lowercase epsilon . The letter is part of the Africa alphabet and can be found in almost all African alphabets; it is spoken like the German Ä. In the international phonetic alphabet , the lowercase letter ɛ represents the unrounded half-open front tongue vowel .
