(10390) Lenka is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered on August 27, 1997 by the Czech astronomers Petr Pravec and Marek Wolf at the Ondřejov observatory ( IAU code 557) in Ondřejov u Prahy .

The asteroid was named on July 28, 1999 after the Czech astronomer Lenka Kotková (* 1973), who works at the Ondřejov observatory and discovered more than 200 asteroids. In the lists of the IAU , she is listed under her maiden name Lenka Šarounová .
