(2129) Cosicosi is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered on September 27, 1973 by the Swiss astronomer Paul Wild from the Zimmerwald Observatory ( IAU code 026) at the University of Bern .

The name of the asteroid is the Italian term for "indifference".
