(2758) Cordelia is an asteroid located in the Main Belt . It was discovered on September 1, 1978 by the Russian astronomer Nikolai Stepanowitsch Tschernych at the Crimean Observatory in Nautschnyj ( IAU code 095).

Its name goes back to "Cordelia, the youngest king's daughter" in Shakespeare's King Lear .
