(385185) 1993 RO is a Trans-Neptunian object of the Plutino class. It was the first Plutino to be discovered after Pluto himself. It was discovered on September 14, 1993 by David C. Jewitt and Jane Luu at the Mauna Kea Observatory using a 2.2 meter telescope. One and two days later, the objects 1993 RP and 1993 SB were discovered. The diameter of 1993 RO is given in some sources as about 90 km, in others as about 140 km.
