(6183) Viscome is a mars ground-grazing asteroid of the main belt , which from the September 26, 1987 American US astronomer Carolyn Shoemaker at Palomar Observatory ( IAU code in 675) California was discovered.

The asteroid was named after the American amateur astronomer George R. Viscome (* 1956).
