(6583) Destinn is an asteroid of the Main Belt . It was discovered on February 21, 1984 by the Czech astronomer Antonín Mrkos at the Kleť Observatory ( IAU code 046) near Český Krumlov .

The asteroid was named after the Czech opera singer Ema Destinová (1878-1930), who was considered one of the best dramatic soprano voices of her time.
