(7934) Sinatra is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 26 September 1989 by the Belgian astronomer Eric Walter Elst at the La Silla Observatory ( IAU code of 809) European Southern Observatory was discovered.
The celestial body was named on October 5, 1998 after the American singer , actor and entertainer Frank Sinatra (1915-1998).
