The 1st Division 1931/32 was the 22nd season of the highest Luxembourg football league .

At the end of the season, two teams were tied at the top of the table. A playoff had to decide the championship. Defending champion Red Boys Differdange won the title for the fifth time.

The bottom of the table was relegated directly, the sixth and seventh played the second relegation game in a relegation game .
