The National Division 1968/69 was the 55th season of the highest Luxembourg football league .

Due to the better goal difference, Avenir Beggen became champions for the first time ahead of defending champion Jeunesse Esch . The two newcomers, CS Grevenmacher and Fola Esch , immediately relegated.
