166th Reserve Division (Wehrmacht)

The 166th Reserve Division was a German infantry division during World War II . The division was set up on October 26, 1943 in occupied Denmark . The division was stationed in occupied France for a long time and was relocated to the Dutch island of Walcheren on January 4, 1944 . On March 9, 1945, the 166th Reserve Division was renamed the 166th Infantry Division .
