The 2017/18 season of the 2nd indoor hockey Bundesliga began on November 25, 2017 and ended on January 28, 2018. The four group winners of the 2nd Bundesliga were promoted to the 1st Bundesliga : DTV Hanover (North) and HTC Stuttgarter Kickers (south), the Berliner Sport-Club (east) and Cologne's HTC Blau-Weiss (west).
