The Augemus music publisher (proper spelling Augemus) was founded in 1982 by Ralf Kaupenjohann in Bochum founded and published ancient and contemporary music for the Einzeltonakkordeon . The publishing house has been based in Essen since July 1, 2010 . The editions of Augemus Musikverlag are distributed in Europe by agencies in the Netherlands, France, Austria, Italy and Switzerland. Since February 2014 the music publisher Ralf Jung belongs to Augemus Musikverlag as Edition Musikverlag Ralf Jung .
Publishing program
The main focus of the publishing program is the publication of chamber music with accordion . In the accordion solo area , special attention is paid to demanding music for educational work. The publishing program is supplemented by the series of texts on the past and present of the accordion , which - based on a description of the instrument in the first volume - brings current and historical contributions.
