Abdullah Durak (born April 1, 1987 in Niğde ) is a Turkish football player .
Career
Abdullah Durak was born in the central Anatolian city of Niğde . Here he began with club football in the youth of Kemerhisar Belediyespor and changed a little later to the youth of Niğde Belediyespor. In 2005 he was scouted by the Turkish first division club Kayserispor and then moved to their youth. In the summer of 2007 he became a professional player, but continued to play for the reserve team. In order to allow him match practice, he was loaned to the fourth division Kastamonuspor during the winter break for the rest of the season . Here he made his debut as a professional footballer and made a total of 13 appearances.
Returned to Kayserispor for the 2008/09 season, he made his breakthrough in the professional team. Over the years, he has established himself as an important player in the team. In the first division season 2012/13 he was fifth with his club in the Süper Lig , repeating the best first division placement in club history. After his club had missed relegation at the end of the 2013/14 season, Durak went with the team in the TFF 1st Lig , in the second highest Turkish division. Here he finished the first season as champions with his team and thus achieved direct promotion.
For the 2015/16 season he moved to the first division club Kasımpaşa Istanbul . Durak played for Kasımpaşa until January 2018 and then moved to the second division to Çaykur Rizespor .
National team
Abdullah Durak played five times for the Turkish U-21 national youth team . He also played twice for the second selection of the Turkish national team in 2011 .
