Tarık Çetin (born January 8, 1997 in Izmir ) is a Turkish football goalkeeper .

Career

Çetin was born in Kadıköy , an Asian district of Istanbul , and started playing club football in the youth department of Belediye Derincespor in 2008. After a year he moved to the youth of city rivals Fenerbahçe Istanbul . For the 2017/18 season he received a professional contract from Fenerbahçe and was loaned to third division club Fatih Karagümrük SK from the second half of the season. His loan contract was extended for another season in summer 2018. With this club he established himself as a regular goalkeeper and rose with this through the play-off victory of the third division season 2018/19 in the TFF 1st Lig .

As part of the transfer in the commitment of Vedat Muriqi , Çetin was given to Çaykur Rizespor along with three other players from Fenerbahçe .

National team

Çetin started his national team career in 2012 with a commitment for the Turkish U-16 national team .
