Adam Pepper (born September 6, 1991 in Dundalk ) is an Irish ice hockey goalkeeper .
Career
Adam Pepper began his career as a hockey player in 2007 with the Dundalk Bulls in the newly formed Irish Ice Hockey League . In his first season in the top Irish league, the goalkeeper stood in 13 games of the main round between the posts, with a goal average of 3.47 per game. He then qualified with his team for the playoffs, in which he was on the ice both in the semifinals and in the 6-3 final victory over the Dublin Rams when he was Irish champion for the first time at the age of 16 . In the 2010/11 season he remained without a competitive game due to the failure of the IIHL. Since 2012, Pepper has been playing in the French fourth division in Besançon .
International
For Ireland , Pepper took part in the junior division exclusively in the U18 junior world championship of Division III 2009 . In the senior sector, he was in his country's squad at the World Championships in Division III in 2009 , 2010 , 2012 and 2013 , when he achieved the third-best catch quota after Michel Welter from Luxembourg and South African Jack Nebe , and at the World Cup in Division II in 2011 .
