The villa was built in the neo-renaissance style and is listed as a villa in the Quedlinburg monument register. The design from 1886 comes from the Brunswick architect Friedrich Staeding . The building made of clinker bricks and sandstone cites typical elements of the design of castles in central and northern Germany with its colonnade , standing bay and its gables .
The property fence consists of pillars with wrought iron fence panels . Parts of the garden also belong to the listed ensemble.
