Adolf von Hausch

Adolf von Hausch (born June 21, 1831 in Ludwigsburg , † July 15, 1900 in Faurndau ) was a German judge and ministerial official in the Kingdom of Württemberg .

Life

Hausch's parents were the Ludwigsburg businessman Friedrich Hausch and his wife Helen geb. Hauff. From 1848 Adolf Hausch studied law at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen . On January 26, 1850, he was reciprocated in the Corps Rhenania Tübingen . In 1853 he passed the exam. He was court assistant in Ravensburg (1857) and actuary in Künzelsau (1860) and Neckarsulm (1864). In 1869 he came to the Oberamt Hall as a district judge . He was in Stuttgart from 1871 and was in UlmDistrict judge (1874) and district judge (1879). Appointed to the Württemberg Ministry of Justice, he became Ministerialrat and lecturer in 1884 and Ministerialdirektor in 1889. In 1890 he came to the Ulm Regional Court as president of the regional court . In the same year he was ennobled and appointed to the Württemberg State Court. From 1896 until his death he was Senate President and Chief President of the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court . In 1898 he became President of the State Court. When he retired in 1900, he received the title and rank of Privy Councilor with the title of Excellence . He moved to Faurndau, where he died a little later at the age of 69. He was married to Anna Kieber from Neresheim since 1865. The marriage resulted in five daughters. After Rhenania's great suspension, he collected the corps brothers and put them together in an old man association. He supported Karl Hermann Siegeneger's plans to build the Rhenanenhaus and was made an honorary member in 1891.
