Adrien Moignard (born April 29, 1985 ) is a French guitarist of gypsy jazz .

Live and act

Moignard, who discovered the guitar at the age of twelve, is self-taught on the instrument . From blues rock he advanced to the music of Django Reinhardt . Since 2002 he has played with musicians of the genre such as Samson Schmitt , Serge Krief, Ninine Garcia , Christophe Lartilleux, Ritary Gaguenetti and Tchavolo Schmitt , and then with the Ensemble Zaïti (with Mathieu Chatelain on rhythm guitar and Jérémy Arranger on bass) or with the violinists Sébastien Giniaux , Costel Nitescu or Alexandre Cavalière, the accordionists René Soppa or Sylvain Fantino or with Gipsy Color from Bordeaux. In 2009 he got a record deal with Dreyfus Jazz . In addition to sound carriers under his own name, he recorded albums with the Hot Club de Norvège , the Danish Radio Big Band , Ben Powell, Cyrille Aimée and Brady Winterstein; with Rocky Gresset he released Entre Actes in 2012 ; The album Classico (2013) was created in a duo with Gonzalo Bergara .
