Adrien Thélin
Adrien Thélin (born October 11, 1842 in La Sarraz , † May 4, 1922 in Lausanne , entitled to live in Bioley-Orjulaz ) was a Swiss politician ( FDP ).
Thélin was a member of the Grand Council of the Canton of Vaud from 1870 to 1899 and presided over it in 1882, 1886 and 1890. In 1883 he was elected to the National Council. In the year of office 1898/99 he was President of the National Council and one year later, in 1900, he moved to the Council of States , of which he was a member until 1917. There he was also President of the Council of States in the 1908/09 year of office . On May 4, 1899, he was also elected to the State Council of the canton of Vaud and was thus part of the cantonal government of Vaud .
