Adrienne of Sweden
Adrienne Josephine Alice, Princess of Sweden, Duchess of Blekinge (born March 9, 2018 in Danderyd ) is the third child of Princess Madeleine and Christopher O'Neill . Her older siblings are Princess Leonore of Sweden and Prince Nicolas of Sweden . Princess Adrienne is tenth in line to the Swedish throne .

Birth & Baptism
Princess Adrienne was on March 9, 2018 0:41 hospital Danderyds Sjukhus in the municipality Danderyd north of Stockholm born. She weighed 3465 grams and was 50 cm tall. At a conselj convened on March 12, 2018 , King Carl Gustaf announced that she would bear the name Adrienne Josephine Alice, Adrienne being the nickname. On that occasion she was made Duchess of Blekinge . Blekinge had never been a titular duchy before.
Previously, the birth of the member of the Swedish royal family had been confirmed by witnesses on the same day. Witnesses were the President of the Reichstag Urban Ahlin , the Prime Minister Stefan Löfven , Reichsmarschall Svante Lindqvist, Statsfru Kirstine von Blixen-Finecke and the doctor Sophia Brismar Wendel.
Princess Adrienne was baptized by Archbishop Antje Jackelén on June 8, 2018 in the chapel of Drottningholm Palace . Her godparents are Anouska d'Abo (daughter of Christopher O'Neill's sister Tatjana d'Abo), Coralie Charriol Paul (friend of Princess Madeleine and Christopher O'Neill), Nader Panahpour (friend of Christopher O'Neill), Freiherr Gustav Thott (Husband of Princess Madeleine's friend Louise Gottlieb), Charlotte Kreuger Cederlund (friend of Princess Madeleine) and Natalie Werner (also friend of Princess Madeleine). Position in the royal family
On October 7, 2019, King Carl XVI signed Gustaf decided that the children of Prince Carl Philip and Princess Madeleine will no longer be part of the royal family, but only part of the royal family. This means that they lose the title of royal highness. The title of Duke or Duchess is unaffected. This does not change the line of succession either. The decision stems from the fact that the royal house should be limited to people who perform public duties on behalf of the king.
