Agustín Alejandro Mazzilli (born June 20, 1989 in Lanus ) is an Argentine field hockey player . As a member of the Argentina national team, he took part in the 2012 Olympic Games in London and the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro .

Mazzilli started his career in Argentina at Lomas Athletic Club. His first club in Europe was the KHC Leuven in Belgium . After one season he moved to Royal Léopold , where he was active for three seasons. In 2016 he moved to HC Oranje-Rood in the Netherlands for two years . In 2018 he signed a contract with Pinoké in Amstelveen .

National team

In 2010 he won the gold medal at the South American Championships in Rio de Janeiro as well as at the Pan American Games in 2011. He participated in the 2012 London Olympics. In 2013 he won the Pan American Cup in Brampton and the South American Championships in Santiago de Chile . He won the bronze medal at the 2014 World Cup. At the Pan American Games in Toronto in 2015 , he won gold again with the team. Mazzilli was a member of the Argentine team at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, with which he became Olympic champion . In the Hockey Word League, he won another gold in 2016-17. In 2017 he was a member of the winning team at the Pan American Cup in Lancaster (Pennsylvania) . In July 2019, he won the Pan American Games final against Canada for the third time in a row.
