Aiman ​​Abdallah (born January 3, 1965 in Bad Kreuznach ) is a German television presenter of Egyptian descent.

Life

From 1978 to 1999 Aiman ​​Abdallah was active as a rugby player for Berliner SV 1892 . From 1984 to 1991 he studied computer science at the TU Berlin . At the same time he worked as a freelancer for ZDF from 1987 to 1993 . From 1990 to 1993 he worked as a freelance editor for various production companies. He also worked as a freelancer in the sports department of the television station RIAS-TV in Berlin . From 1993 to 1994 Abdallah worked as a sports editor for the television station Deutsche Welle and as a sports presenter for the radio station Kiss-FM in Berlin. In 1995 he switched to n-tv , where he worked as a sports editor until 1997. Then Abdallah worked as a sports presenter and editor at Premiere in Hamburg until 1998 .

Aiman ​​Abdallah has been a presenter for the TV station ProSieben since 1998 . He became known through the magazine Galileo, which was initially broadcast on weekdays and is now broadcast on weekdays . From 2006 to 2007 he concentrated on the special editions of Galileo Mystery , with Daniel Aminati being his first permanent moderator in 2006 . Since September 2007 he has been moderating Galileo again.

In 2001 he was awarded the Bavarian Television Prize for hosting the show Galileo . In 2004 he and the show were nominated for the German Television Award in the category Best Information Program / Best Moderation Information .

Aiman ​​Abdallah has been separated from his wife since 2003 and has three children.

Furthermore, in November 2018 he moderated the rugby games of the German national team in the World Cup qualification on Pro7-Maxx.
