Air Poland Sp. Z oo (until 2011 Air Italy Polska ) was a Polish charter airline based in Warsaw and based at Warsaw Chopin Airport .
history
Air Poland was founded in 2007 under the name Air Italy Polska as a subsidiary of the Italian Air Italy . In 2011 it got its last name. In February 2012, Air Italy sold it to the investor Swiss Capital Holdings AG under its new owner Meridiana Fly . In April 2012, however, she filed for bankruptcy and ceased operations.
