Ajayi Agbebaku (born January 6, 1955 ) is a former Nigerian athlete who specialized in the triple jump .

He achieved his first international successes in 1979 as the African champion in the triple jump and in the long jump . At the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 1983 , he won the bronze medal in the triple jump behind Zdzisław Hoffmann and Willie Banks with a distance of 17.18 m .

At the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles , Agbebaku finished seventh with 16.67 m. Shortly before, he had won the silver medal at the African Athletics Championships in Rabat . Most recently, he started again at the World Athletics Championships in Rome in 1987 , but was eliminated in qualifying.

Ajayi Agbebaku is 1.85 m tall and had a competition weight of 80 kg.
