Al-Kamil wa al-Wafi (also just Al-Kamil or Al-Kamil and Al-Wafi) is a small town with around 18,000 inhabitants in the Sultanate of Oman . Al-Kamil wa al-Wafi is located on the foothills of the Rimal Al Wahiba desert and on Route 23 between Bidiyya and Sur and on Route 35 to Al Ashkharah . Since January 2020, the city has been the end of the newly built al-Sharqiyah expressway . Al-Kamil wa al-Wafi is administratively also a Wilaya of the Janub al-Sharqiyyah governorate . The administrative district has a size of 1055 km² and a population of 22,816 people. The Al Kamil & Al Wafi Club plays in the Oman First Division League , the second highest division in the country.
