Albert Conrad Langenauer ( Latinized : Albertus Conradus Langenauer; born April 12, 1629 in Uffenheim ; † 1656 ) was a Franconian city ​​physician .

Life and accomplishments

Albert Conrad Langenauer matriculated on September 21, 1649 at the medical faculty of the University of Strasbourg and after his studies worked as a city physician in Weiden in the Upper Palatinate . He was born on December 30, 1653 as the 13th member of the Academia Naturae Curiosorum , today's German Academy of Sciences Leopoldina added.

Presumably he is a relative of Joachim Langenauer from Augsburg , who was physicus professor in Schweinfurt together with Johann Lorenz Bausch from 1636 until he left for Kulmbach in 1642 .
