Alejandro Daniel Giorgi

Alejandro Daniel Giorgi (born January 25, 1959 in Buenos Aires , Argentina ) is an Argentine clergyman and Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in the Archdiocese of Buenos Aires .

Life

Alejandro Daniel Giorgi received on 17 November 1990, the sacrament of the priesthood by the Archbishop of Buenos Aires, Antonio Quarracino .

On 14 February 2014 it appointed Pope Francis to the titular bishop of Summa and auxiliary bishop of Buenos Aires. The episcopal ordination donated it and the same time appointed Auxiliary Bishop Ernesto Giobando SJ Archbishop of Buenos Aires, Mario Aurelio Cardinal Poli , on May 3 of that year. Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Lomas de Zamora , Jorge Rubén Lugones SJ, the Bishop of Azul , Hugo Manuel Salaberry Goyeneche SJ, the Bishop of Jujuy , César Daniel Fernández , and the auxiliary bishop emeritus in Buenos Aires, Horacio Ernesto Benites Astoul .
