Alexander Evgenjewitsch Bukharov ( Russian Александр Евгеньевич Бухаров ; English Aleksandr Bukharov ; born March 12, 1985 in Brezhnev , Tatar ASSR , Soviet Union ) is a Russian football player .

Career

The striker played for Rubin Kazan from 2005 to 2010 , with whom he became two-time Russian champions (2008 and 2009). In July 2010 he was signed by league rivals Zenit Saint Petersburg , with whom he signed a four-year contract. With the club he again won the Russian Premier League (2010 and 2012). In 2014 the Russian was awarded to Anzhi Makhachkala . After his contract expired, Bukharov moved to FK Rostov .

National team

Bukharov made his debut for the Russian national team on November 14, 2009 in the World Cup qualifier against Azerbaijan , which ended with a 1-1 draw. He scored his first goal on March 28, 2017 in a friendly against Belgium (3: 3).
