Alexander Ward (born April 30, 1990 in Northampton ) is a British tennis player from England .

Career

Alexander Ward mainly plays on the ATP Challenger Tour and the ITF Future Tour . So far he has celebrated eight single and three double victories on the Future Tour.

He made his singles debut on the ATP World Tour in July 2013 at the MercedesCup in Stuttgart, where he qualified for the main draw, but failed in the first main round to Fabio Fognini in two sets.

He made his next appearance at the highest tennis level in 2016, for the first time at a Grand Slam tournament in Wimbledon . With a wildcard he started both singles and doubles, but where he failed in the first round.
