Alexei Alexandrowitsch Slepow ( Russian Алексей Александрович Слепов ; born December 19, 1986 in Raduschny ) is a Russian biathlete and former cross-country skier .

Alexei Slepow has competed in international cross-country skiing races since December 2007. Initially, it was used in lower-class races such as the Eastern Europe Cup , the Alpine Cup , the Cross-Country Marathon Cup and FIS races . He won two FIS races and in 2011 in Syktywkar a 15-kilometer freestyle race in the cross-country skiing Eastern Europe Cup. In January 2010 he came to Otepää for his first assignment in the cross-country world cup . In the 15-kilometer classic race he finished 22nd and thus won points in the first race. In Rybinsk he reached 14th place in the pursuit race a little later, his best result of his three World Cup races. At the Russian championships in 2010, he won the 15-kilometer freestyle race in Syktyvkar. A year later he missed another medal in the 50-kilometer freestyle race in Rybinsk in fourth.

For the 2011/12 season Slepow switched to biathlon. He contested his first races at the season opener in Östersund and Idre in the IBU Cup . With places 39 and 30, he immediately won points in his first races. In the following season the Russian reached his first top ten and podium finish in Beitostølen in the sprint behind Julian Eberhard with second place. In Ostrow he won his first race in the second highest international racing series in biathlon with a sprint and a pursuit of the season. Then he made his debut in the Biathlon World Cup in Antholz , where he missed the pursuit and was not convincing when he finished 73rd in a sprint. Only towards the end of the season he was used again in Sochi and won the first World Cup points as the 27th of an individual.

In the 2013/14 season he won the overall ranking of the IBU Cup.
