Alfred Jüttner

Alfred Jüttner (born March 17, 1917 in Jägerndorf ; † April 30, 1999 ) was a German lawyer and publicist .

Life

Jüttner studied law and political science in Prague, Berlin and Munich. In 1950 he worked in the university administration, in 1952 he was employed by Friedrich August von der Heydte at the Faculty of Law and Economics at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz with a dissertation on the rights of nationalities and the right to self-determination of peoples. A contribution to the constitutional and international law changes in the Bohemian-Moravian area to the Dr. jur. utr. PhD.

From 1956 to 1982 he was general counsel of the Munich School of Political Science and a lecturer at the universities of Munich and Würzburg. In 1980 Jüttner became a full member of the humanities class of the Sudeten German Academy of Sciences and Arts . He is the author of several books a. a. at the Bavarian State Center for Political Education .
