The bushy, upright growing rose 'Alfred Sisley' forms a strong, compact shrub. The rose plant is about 80 cm to a maximum of 100 cm high and 50 to 60 cm wide. The cluster-like arranged flowers are formed from 26 to 40 curved petals . They form a large, double rose blossom. The 7 to 19 cm large, pale yellow flowers are red-orange to pink-red striped and speckled. The flowers vary greatly in their design. The rose variety has large, glossy, dark green, robust leaves. The rose variety 'Alfred Sisley' is characterized by a light, fruity scent of pepper , pineapple and apple .

The remontant floribunda rose is hardy ( USDA climate zones 6b to 9b). It blooms continuously from June until the first frost and is resistant to the known rose diseases .

The rose variety thrives on humus rich soils in sunny to partially shaded locations. It is suitable for planting beds, low flower borders, pots and cottage gardens . The rose 'Alfred Sisley' is also used in floristry as a cut flower due to its unusual color.

The rose variety is shown in numerous rosaries and gardens around the world, including Newtown Park and Queensland State Rose Garden , Rosaholic's Southern California Garden , Roseraie Littéraire and Peggy Rockefeller Rose Garden .

In 2004 the rose variety was awarded a gold medal at the rose show in Le Roeulx .
