The rose variety 'Paul Gauguin' (syn. 'JACdebu') is a dark pink, light pink and creamy white striped hybrid tea rose , which was bred by Jack E. Christensen in 1992 and introduced to the European market by Delbard in the same year .

The bushy, upright rose 'Paul Gauguin' forms a medium-sized, compact shrub . The rose plant is about 90 cm to a maximum of 110 cm high and 50 to 60 cm wide.

The flowers are usually arranged in small umbels . 18 to 25 slightly curved petals form a loosely half-double, bowl-shaped flower . The 8 to 10 cm large, dark pink flowers have a random pattern of dark red, pink and cream-white dots, speckles and stripes. The flowers of the 'Paul Gauguin' vary greatly in their drawing. The intense flower colors can tend to fade in full sun. The rose variety has medium-sized, dense, medium-green, robust leaves.
