Alhassan A. Kamara (born January 13, 1993 in Freetown ) is a Sierra Leonean football player . The striker , nicknamed "Crespo" after the Argentine striker Hernán Crespo , has played his professional career so far in his home country and in Sweden.
Career
Kamara started his career at FC Kallon in the Premier League of his home country. In the summer of 2011 he moved to Sweden, where Patrick Mörk, a player's agent who was successful several times in placing Sierra-Leonean players in Sweden, guided him to the third division club Bodens BK . There he scored four goals by the end of the year before the first division AIK signed him until the end of 2015. On the first day of the 2012 season he made his debut in the 0-0 draw against Mjällby AIF as a substitute for Martin Kayongo-Mutumba in the Allsvenskan . After an injury for the reserve team, he was subsequently used irregularly. In the summer, the club loaned him to the league rivals Örebro SK, who were in the relegation battle . There he scored four goals in eight games of the season, but the club was relegated to the Superettan . At the same time he played his way into the Sierra Leonean national team . In January the clubs renewed the loan business for the entire year 2013. After six goals in twelve games in the second division, AIK brought him back in the summer. In the first division he was only able to play the role of supplementary player, under coach Andreas Alm he made three season appearances as a substitute in the second half of the 2013 season.
In December 2013, AIK and Örebro SK agreed on a change, with ÖSK he signed a multi-year contract. He became the most successful striker in the 2014 season when he was promoted to the first division , with 14 goals this season he and his teammate Marcus Pode placed among the top ten goalscorers in the championship and led the club to sixth place in the table.
